Work tasks: Systematizing and communicating information related to product samples, technological changes, and patterns. Organizing the process of making production samples. Ensuring the availability and currency of samples for production and subcontractors. Measuring materials and finished products, performing wash tests, and preparing reports based on results. Reporting on the use of materials in the product development department. Assisting in the product development line when needed. Quality control of samples. Preparing and managing documents required for production. Creating material cards. Communicating with subcontractors when necessary. Checking the technological compliance of patterns and reporting inconsistencies. Creating additional cutting layouts using Gerber Accumark software for both automatic and manual cutting. Preparing work orders for warehouse staff and coordinating with the cutting and production departments. Assisting with ongoing tasks in the product development department. Skills in creating layouts and working with relevant software are beneficial. Previous experience in the garment industry is an advantage. Basic knowledge of sewing.
