As a rental sales agent you will full fill following tasks: Create rental agreements for our departing customers with a sales focused mindset Provide top customer service in a fast moving environment Keep full business administration at all times completely up to date and according to standards, including invoicing Provide correct and adequate information to our customers in regard to potential questions they might have concerning their rental Close agreements at the return of the guests Create damage reports when a damage occurred to the vehicle at return Trouble shoot ad-hoc request form customer or your superiors Keep a continuous communication line between the different departments throughout the entire company Respond to both telephonic and email correspondences Report directly to the branch manager If this sounds like a big “YES” to you, please send us your resume today! A bachelor degree mindset or equal to experience A first experience in customer service A new colleague who is eager to start & learn and ready to further develop his / her career Being in the possession of a permanent driving licence type B Proficient in English with an addition of French and Dutch (minimum 1 of the two last ones is mandatory) What are we looking for?
