We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join the team of a stylish rooftop restaurant and bar located near Brussels Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while delivering warm, professional service. You will help create memorable guest experiences in an elegant and dynamic setting. - Vaardigheden: Proven bartending skills and knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques Warm and engaging personality with excellent guest service focus Attention to detail and ability to multitask behind the bar Ability to upsell and make drink recommendations based on guest preferences Strong sense of cleanliness, order, and safety behind the bar Good communication and teamwork abilities - Attesten: No specific certification required Knowledge of alcohol service regulations and HACCP is a plus - Opleidingsvereisten: No formal diploma required Bar training or hospitality education is considered an asset - Vakkennis: Experience in a bar, hotel, restaurant, or cocktail lounge environment Familiarity with standard bar operations, drink presentation, and inventory tracking Understanding of hygiene, safety, and alcohol laws Knowledge of coffee preparation or wine service is a bonus - Talenkennis: Fluent English is required Knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong asset
