Key Roles & Responsibilities: Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, such as washing, peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Ensure proper storage of food items and rotate stock according to safety and hygiene standards. Help set up and clean kitchen workstations before and after service. Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. Support other kitchen staff as required during busy periods.
