We are seeking a talented Asian Cuisine Chef with creativity and a passion for developing unique dishes. The role requires the ability to combine the richness of Chinese culinary traditions, the finesse of Japanese flavors, and to adapt them to suit the preferences of Finnish customers. The chef will be responsible for menu development, high-quality food preparation, and ensuring authentic yet innovative dining experiences. -Create and develop dishes blending Chinese and Japanese influences with local Finnish tastes -Plan and update menus according to seasonality and customer demand -Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene -Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent dining experience -Close cooperate with other Asian Chefs to have good communication with teamwork
