Tasks: - Handle local IT support tickets and issue resolution (remote or on-site). - IT onboarding of new employees. - Management of IT assets (laptops and mobile phones) via MDM systems. - Communication with IT suppliers and hardware management. - Ensuring software updates and IT security standards. Your profile: - Valid work permit for Germany. - Very good knowledge of German and English. - Confident use of Microsoft Office and IT tools. - Reliable and detail-oriented. - Willingness to commute to Munich.
