• MANAGING SWITCHBOARD PHONE CALLS. • MANAGING EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL MAIL CORRESPONDENCE (E-MAILS, LETTERS ETC.) • COORDINATING AND ARRANGING MEETINGS AND CONFERENCE CALLS. • MEETING AND GREETING CLIENTS AND VISITORS TO THE OFFICE. • PROVIDING SECRETARIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT WHERE NEEDED. • MATTER AND FILE OPENING. • PRINTING, SCANNING, ORGANISING, TRANSCRIPTS AND DISTRIBUTING DOCUMENTS UPON REQUEST. • MONITORING STOCK, PLACING ORDERS WHENEVER NECESSARY, PROCESSING DELIVERIES, AND DEALING WITH SUPPLIERS. • USING FIRM’S SOFTWARE. • ASSISTING WITH SPECIAL PROJECTS WHEN NECESSARY., THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE PART OF THE RECEPTION DEPARTMENT OF OUR FIRM’S OFFICE IN LARNACA AND WILL BE WORKING ACCORDING TO THE COMPANY’S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES., EURES ADVISOR, MARIA IOAKIM,
