Position: Schichtleiter
Hauptaufgabenbeschreibung: Verantwortung für ein 12-Stunden-Schichtteam sowie alle Aufgaben der Firma HTO
Aufgaben:
Durchführung von Arbeitsbesprechungen mit der Schicht und der Schiffsbesatzung nach Rücksprache mit dem Kunden
Anweisung und ggf. Schulung des Schichtteams an Deck
Sicherstellung der Kommunikation zwischen Deck und Brücke
Überprüfung der Decksausrüstung vor, während und nach jeder Schicht sowie Beurteilung des Zustands
Bedienung der Kabeltrommeln (bei Schlauchausbringung) und gleichzeitige Überwachung und Anleitung der BBC-Operatoren
Anweisung und Überwachung von Wartungsarbeiten (HTO-Ausrüstung und Kompressoren) sowie Sicherstellung der Ersatzteilversorgung
Sicherstellung der E-Mail-Kommunikation sowie der technischen und administrativen Dokumentation
Bedienung von Side-Scan-Sonar und Viking-System
Unterstützung bei der Mobilisierung und Demobilisierung der HTO-Ausrüstung auf dem BBC-Schiff
Anweisung zur Ausbringung und Rückholung von Lärmmessgeräten
Möglichkeiten:
Beförderung zum Einsatzleiter möglich, abhängig von Motivation und persönlichen Fähigkeiten

Qualifikationen:
HSE-Bewusstsein (Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt)
Fähigkeit zur Lagebeurteilung und Entscheidungsfindung
Berufserfahrung auf See / gute technische Kenntnisse
GWO-Zertifikate (gemäß Schulungsmatrix)
Offshore-Tauglichkeitsuntersuchung
Gute körperliche Fitness
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Führerschein
Microsoft Office
Nautische Kenntnisse
Problemlösungskompetenz und praktische Veranlagung
Einsatzort:
Schiffe, die für BBC-Einsätze genutzt werden (meist PSV/AHT)
Einsatzdauer: 4–6 Wochen im Rotationssystem
1:1 Einsatzdauer und Vergütung
Wichtiger Hinweis:
Bei uns ist es nicht möglich Seefahrtszeit für Befähigungszeugnisse zu erhalten, wir suchen ausschließlich Projektpersonal. Zudem muss eine Arbeitserlaubnis für den gesamten Schengenraum bereitstehen!

Position: Shift Supervisor
Reporting to: Project Manager || (Office).
Main Job Description: Responsibility for a 12h shift team and all tasks of the company HTO
Responsibilities:
Work meetings are held with the shift and the ship crew after consultation with the client
Instruct the shift team on deck and, if necessary, train them
Ensure communication between deck and bridge
Check the deck equipment before, during and after each shift and assess condition
Operate reels (during hose deployments) and at the same time monitor and guide the BBC-Operators.
Instruct and monitor maintenance work (HTO equipment and compressors) and always ensure the supply of spare parts.
Ensure email and communication and technical and administrative documentation
Operate side scan sonar + viking system.
Assist with mob and demob of HTO equipment on BBC vessel.
Instruct deployment and recovery of noise monitoring equipment.
Possibilities:
Promotion to Site Manager possible, depending on motivation and personal skills
Responsibility Level: Competent/ Expert
Qualifications:
HSE awareness
Ability to assess situations and make decisions
Previous work experience at sea / good technical background
GWO certificates (as per training matrix)
Offshore medical
Good physical fitness
Very good communication skills in English language
Drivers license
Microsoft Office
Nautical knowledge
Problem solving + hands-on mentality
Working location: Vessels used for BBC operation (mostly PSV/AHT)
4-6weeks rotation

ith us it is not possible to obtain sea time for certificates of competency, we are only looking for project personnel. In addition, a work permit for the entire Schengen area must be available!
