The PhD candidate will participate in a collaboration project between a private enterprise and DTU Construct, focusing on experimental clearance flow research with ammonia and other sustainable marine fuels. The role involves creating pressure and temperature conditions similar to those in a marine engine booster pump using an in-house designed test rig. Data collected will be used to develop and validate accurate flow models, and the rig will be modified to evaluate various sealing solutions.
