Kitchen Assistant Thai Cuisine

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated kitchen assistant to join our kitchen team. The role involves packing freshly made genuine Thai dishes, preparing accessory dishes, and maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. Responsibilities also include taking orders from walk-ins and phone calls, as well as handling the cash register and payments. Collaboration with the kitchen staff is essential to ensure smooth operations and adherence to food safety standards.

Work Conditions

• Working days: Tuesday through Sunday
• Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Location: København N

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in a Thai kitchen environment
• Proficiency in culinary techniques and food preparation skills
• Proven ability to uphold food quality and consistency
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation laws
• Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous
• English proficiency at a minimum of A2 level, with a valid certification as proof
