Conditions

• Rotational position with a gross salary of €5,000–6,000 per month.
• The family has three children aged 7, 5, and 2 months.
• 15 days on: full-time, approximately 5–7 hours a day, 6 days a week.
• 15 days flexible: reduced hours shared with another nanny.
• Salary: €5,000–6,000 gross per month (indicative; final terms agreed with the family) Accommodation: provided

Tasks

• Provide attentive, nurturing care to the 5- and 7-year-old children.
• Support daily routines, activities, and play.
• Assist with homework and learning activities.
• Encourage development and share Scandinavian culture, traditions, and everyday ways of doing things.
• Work closely with the other nanny and household staff.
• Travel with the family occasionally, typically to Mallorca.
• Potential for a trip to the US next summer.

Requirements

• A driving licence is not required.

Preferred

• Strong first-hand knowledge of Scandinavian culture and life (e.g., having lived in Sweden, Denmark, or Norway).
• Fluent spoken English.
• Proven childcare experience, ideally with children from infancy up to 7.
• Patient, kind, reliable, and flexible with a positive, team-minded attitude.
• Interest in a long-term position.
• A teaching or education background.
• Experience with school-aged children and working in a nanny team.
• Swedish language skills.
