Power Platform Advisor - AI & Solution Architecture

We are looking for an experienced professional to bridge the gap between ambitious business ideas and reliable, practical solutions. This role combines business insight, solution architecture, and hands-on development within the Microsoft Power Platform and cloud ecosystem.

The Role
You will work closely with customers to identify real needs, uncover constraints, and turn discussions into viable opportunities and actionable delivery plans. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle, from discovery and solution shaping to implementation, deployment, and ongoing development. This is a hands-on role; you will design the big picture, document key decisions, and build or validate core parts of the solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading stakeholder discussions to define business needs and project scope.
• Designing scalable solution architectures, data models, and integration designs.
• Delivering intelligent applications, agents, and automation using Power Platform and Azure services.
• Creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and decision records.
• Providing technical guidance to the delivery team while building key solution components.
• Advising customers on feasibility, security, maintainability, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Experience as a solution architect, application architect, technical consultant, or senior developer.
• Strong technical depth in modern application design, integrations, APIs, data, identity, and security.
• Ability to uncover business needs and help customers make informed decisions.
• Proven track record of turning plans into maintainable, working solutions.
• Experience with AI and modern Microsoft technologies.
• Fluent communication and presentation skills in Finnish and English.
• A continuous learning mindset and curiosity.
