Product Lead, Measurement Infrastructure

Bluefors is seeking an RF Product Lead to join the Measurement Infrastructure team in Helsinki. In this role, you will take ownership of the maintenance and continuous development of products and options within the Measurement Infrastructure domain, ensuring high product quality and competitiveness throughout the product lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate product maintenance activities and technical requirements.
• Drive product changes, upgrades, and engineering change processes for system-level offerings.
• Maintain and develop product structures, configurations, and data quality.
• Ensure alignment between product requirements and technical specifications across system interfaces.
• Drive quality and performance improvements for systems and configurable options.
• Maintain RF performance requirements and coordinate verification/validation of RF-related changes with engineering and quality teams.
• Support product transitions and end-of-life management.
• Contribute to the development of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes.
• Act as a technical expert for Measurement Infrastructure products.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical education (e.g., Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Physics, or similar).
• Experience in product lifecycle management, product maintenance, or engineering roles.
• Experience working with complex systems or configurable product structures.
• Solid understanding of RF measurement technology and the ability to translate requirements into measurable RF performance specifications.
• Understanding of verification, validation, and test planning for RF products and complex technical systems.
• Understanding of product changes, configurations, and data management.
• Structured and proactive way of working with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage dependencies.
• Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PDM, ERP, or similar systems.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in system-level product environments.
• Strong quality and customer-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in a line management role with direct responsibility for team members.
• Understanding of cryogenic systems and experience with structured root cause analysis and quality improvement in hardware products.
