Senior ERP Transformation Lead - IFS Cloud

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Transformation Lead to lead a large-scale business and ERP modernization initiative for a major Nordic enterprise. This high-impact leadership assignment involves driving a complex transformation from legacy IFS environments to IFS Cloud, with direct exposure to executive stakeholders.

The role involves leading a strategic transformation program covering Finance, Human Resources, Procurement & Supplier Management, and enterprise-wide business processes. The objective is to modernize the ERP landscape while transforming business processes, governance models, and ways of working across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a complex ERP transformation program end-to-end.
• Drive migration from legacy IFS to IFS Cloud.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Establish governance, alignment, and decision-making across the organization.
• Lead change management and business transformation activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Strong IFS / IFS Cloud transformation experience.
• Background in business transformation and organizational change.
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multinational and complex business environments.

Work Conditions:

• Location: Finland (Applicants must already reside in Finland; relocation is not possible).
• Allocation: Full-time (100%).
• Duration: 14-18 months initially, with potential extension.
• Languages: English required, Finnish preferred.
