Les missions:
Rattaché(e) à la direction du site, vous agissez en véritable manager de proximité pour encadrer et animer une équipe d'environ 25 personnes:
Organisation & Performance: Planifier et organiser l'activité afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixés en matière de Sécurité, Production, Qualité et Délais.
Management de proximité: Accompagner le développement des compétences de vos collaborateurs, veiller au bon climat social et assurer un relais fluide de l'information.
Amélioration continue: Impulser, participer et faire vivre la démarche d'amélioration continue sur les lignes de production.
