On-Call Trainee

Wärtsilä is seeking an On-call Trainee to support the RTR Center of Expertise Entity Close. The preferred location for this role is Vaasa, Finland.

Role and Responsibilities
As an On-call Trainee, you will work as part of an energetic team with diverse expertise. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Month-end closing tasks
• Closing tool maintenance
• Record to Report processes
• Journal entry postings
• Other ad hoc and cross-team tasks (tasks may be adjusted based on individual skills and interests)

Work Conditions

• Work schedule: Up to 25 hours per week
• Requirement: The candidate must be a full-time student studying for a degree in Finland
• Location: Vaasa, Finland (preferred)

Requirements

• Studies in a relevant field, such as financial accounting
• Fluent English skills
• Good understanding of financial accounting
• Good skills in Microsoft Office programs
• Good communication and cooperation skills
