Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a Customer Service Professional for a client in the banking sector. This position is open only to individuals already residing in Finland, as relocation is not possible.

Main Tasks:

• Provide customer service across multiple channels.
• Support sales activities.
• Consult internal colleagues on savings and life insurance matters.
• Handle customer complaints and regulatory inquiries in accordance with applicable requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the financial or insurance sector in customer service roles or equivalent.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills; proficiency in Swedish is a significant advantage.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility in changing work situations.
• Knowledge of insurance/savings products is considered an advantage.

Work Conditions:

• Location: Helsinki (mandatory 3 days per week at the office).
• Workload: 100% (38 hours per week).
• Contract: Initially a 6-month contract (Start: 10.11.2026, End: 30.11.2027).
