Cook – Sushi and Japanese Cuisine and Cambodian Cuisine

Sushi Nørregade ApS is seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join their restaurant team in central Copenhagen. The role focuses on preparing sushi, sashimi, and Cambodian cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, Cambodian dishes, and other Japanese dishes.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Manage food preparation efficiently during busy service periods.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience preparing sushi, Cambodian, and Japanese cuisine.
• Good knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A responsible attitude and commitment to quality.

Work Conditions

• Employment type: Full-time, permanent position.
• Working hours: 37 hours per week.
• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Salary: EUR 4,600 gross per month.
