Extrusion Operator

A company in the Wielsbeke region is seeking motivated and technically skilled Extrusion Operators to join their production team. The role involves operating and monitoring extrusion machinery to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor extrusion machines and production lines.
• Set up machines and adjust process parameters based on production requirements.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform routine quality checks and make necessary adjustments.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues.
• Carry out basic cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Follow all health, safety, and production procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets.

Your Profile:

• Experience in extrusion or a similar production environment is an advantage.
• Technical understanding and a hands-on approach.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to work either a two-shift system (early and late) or a permanent night shift.
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English or Dutch.
