Pleje Trafik ApS is a growing transport and passenger services provider seeking a dependable Fleet and Logistics Administrator to join the team. Based in the office, you will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and support the active team of drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driver Schedules: Create, update, and manage weekly work schedules and shift rotations for all company drivers.
• Route Planning & Coordination: Plan and organize daily driving routes to ensure punctual and efficient pickups and drop-offs.
• Booking Platforms: Monitor incoming transport bookings from municipal portals, regional booking systems, and company clients.
• Driver Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for drivers on the road, handling daily updates, shift changes, and basic work queries.
• Office Administration: Maintain digital records of vehicle logs, maintenance dates, and general operational paperwork.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timetables and schedules.
• Good communication skills; fluency in English or another secondary language is highly valued.
• Reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently to keep office tasks on track.
• Basic computer skills to manage online booking systems and spreadsheets.
• Previous experience in office work, scheduling, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
