MIG/MAG Welder

We are seeking a MIG/MAG Welder for a long-term position in the Salo region with a manufacturer specializing in steel structures. You will work with large metal components (material thicknesses of 5 to 25 mm) in a modern, clean, and safe industrial environment.

Your Role

• Perform MIG/MAG welding on large metal components.
• Work in a one-shift system (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week), with the required flexibility to transition to a two-shift system if needed.
• Utilize high-quality tools and equipment.
• Participate in a thorough introduction to company products and working methods.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MIG/MAG welding.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Unwavering commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work both morning and evening shifts.
• English and/or Finnish language skills.
• A valid work permit for Finland is mandatory.
• Previous experience with heavy products and thick materials is considered an advantage.

Contract Details

• Employment is through Wellpack (personnel services company) for a fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment by the client.
