Description du poste Job Description:***An opportunity has just arisen within the finance team of Airbus Defence and Space. As a successful applicant, you will join the accounting team of Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse. You will play a key role in the production of the financial statements, ensure the compliance with legal and group accounting rules and will support and work in close cooperation with the ADS programme controlling community in France.
Main activities and responsibilities are:
Closing Process and Financial DataCoordinate the closing process with G/L team, Cost Accounting and the controlling communityEnsure a smooth closing process and data submission on time and on qualityEnsure consistency of financial reporting and financial statements: P&L, balance sheet, Free Cash Flow and order intake / backlog and mastering the understanding of P&L and Balance sheet with a good view on cash developments and its system implicationsEnsure a consistent communication and presentation to senior management, the Central Accounting team and other internal and external stakeholdersEnsure the availability and preparation of auditable documentation related to key programsBe a focal point for Auditors
Business Partnering and ImprovementsWork as a proactive partner with program line controllers from all ADS France perimeter: Space System, Connected Intelligence or Air PowerDrive and animate the collection of Project Expected at Completion results process with accounting guidelines***Actively propose financial systems improvements and processes simplifications, contribute to processes harmonization across all ADS entities
Accounting Expertise and ComplianceEnsure compliance with Airbus Group Standards and Accounting guidelinesEnsure the implementation of the compliant accounting for programs in France in close alignment with the ADS Central Accounting team and the Group's Technical Accounting,Perform IFRS15 assessments for new contractsAct as a centre of competency, providing guidance, recommendations and trainings for the finance community in ADS France
The post requiresA solid accounting background (IFRS and French accounting standards), good understanding of controlling and consolidation processesKnowledge of financial compliance risk and a good understanding of financial internal control standardsExperience of interaction with internal or external audit teamsAnalytical mindset, experience with large databasesSolid knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system / general interest in financial systemsInterpersonal skills: take ownership, team spirit and a can-do attitude,Capacity to work with multiple stakeholders with different cultural backgroundsCommitment to act with integrity, to ensure the success of the company, maintain its reputation and ensure sustainable growth,
