FINCAP ADVISERS LTD is seeking a Supervisor Licensing professional to assist in the preparation of application packages for company authorizations.
Main Tasks:
Prepare and assist in preparing application packages for submission to CYSEC or other global regulators for authorizations such as Investment Firms, Alternative Investment Funds, or Payment Institutions, with support from senior team members.
Complete personal questionnaires and application forms for individuals (shareholders, directors) and companies involved in the licensing process.
Collect and review KYC documents for involved persons required for regulatory submission.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services sector.
CYSEC Advanced Certificate and/or CYSEC AML Certificate.
