Associate Principal, Product Operations (Enterprise Device Management)

Delivery Hero is looking for an Associate Principal, Product Operations (Enterprise Device Management) to join the Restaurant vertical team in Berlin. As part of the Vendor Team, you will be responsible for empowering thousands of restaurants and local businesses with advanced tools to manage their operations and increase their visibility.

The Global Vendor Operations team works with entities worldwide to ensure efficient regional operations. You will assist senior management and local teams in ensuring smooth operations while identifying new feature requirements for the product roadmap.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and optimizing the global restaurant device fleet, including allocation, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Operating and enhancing the Device Management ecosystem (Android OS and Devices), handling configuration, enrollment, policy compliance, account setup, troubleshooting, and country-specific change requests.
• Planning and executing global software rollouts, including app updates, firmware upgrades, staged rollouts, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Testing and QAing Android devices, firmware versions, and MDM configurations for global stability.
• Collaborating with the MDM Product Owner to develop internal system integrations and improve workflows.
• Contributing to project documentation, knowledge bases, training materials, and process optimization, while participating in on-call duties.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience managing large-scale Android device environments (consumer and B2B).
• In-depth knowledge of an MDM platform (ideally SOTI MobiControl); experience with VMware Workspace ONE / AirWatch or Ivanti / MobileIron is also welcome.
• Solid understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and mobile network connectivity).
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment with a positive, hands-on mindset.
• Highly motivated, analytical, independent, and communicative.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
