Systems & Tools Manager (f/m/d) (Supply-Chain-Manager/in)

BERNER is looking for a Systems & Tools Manager to lead and support global projects focused on developing, standardizing, and rolling out technical supply chain processes. You will drive continuous improvement of international process standards and act as a central contact for system changes, collaborating with Global IT and cross-functional stakeholders.

Your Tasks:

• Lead and support global projects to develop, standardize, and roll out technical supply chain processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of international supply chain process standards.
• Facilitate workshops to define, align, and document global process requirements.
• Test, validate, and approve system enhancements and process changes in supply chain systems.
• Develop training materials and train local technical experts and key users groupwide.
• Act as the central contact for process and system changes, collaborating closely with Global IT and cross-functional stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in Supply Chain, Process Management, Business Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and system-driven process management.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process or system improvements in international environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions and standards.
• Strong knowledge of WMS & ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities paired with a background in project management.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English & German; further language skills are advantageous.
