Expert Project Planning & Scheduling (m/f/d)

As an Expert Project Planning & Scheduling (m/f/d), you will drive the development, coordination, and quality of integrated project schedules throughout the entire project lifecycle. Working with interdisciplinary teams, you will provide expert-level planning input, shape planning standards, mentor colleagues, and continuously improve scheduling processes through influence and expertise.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct schedule analyses (e.g., critical path, earned value) and prepare performance reports
• Contribute to risk management by identifying time-critical factors early on
• Drive the continuous improvement of internal scheduling processes and standards

Your expertise:

• Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project scheduling, ideally in plant construction or a semiconductor environment
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office tools
• Fluent in German and proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Structured, independent working style with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work on-site for extended periods
