As a K Trainee, you will take on a hands-on professional role within the AI Solutions team, contributing to ongoing development work. Your assignments will vary based on business and technology needs, offering opportunities to work on AI agents, generative AI applications, shared AI platforms, system integrations, data processing, and RAG solutions. You will also be involved in testing, improving, and operationalizing large language model-based solutions using LLMOps practices.
The program is designed to broaden your perspective beyond your specific field, providing a personal mentor, development sessions, job shadowing across different business divisions, and opportunities to meet K Group leaders. You will collaborate with business and technology specialists to understand AI solutions from both technical and business value perspectives.
Employment Conditions
The position is a fixed-term traineeship from January 2027 to September 2027. Work is carried out according to K Group's hybrid working practices at the K Kampus facilities in Helsinki.
