TIG Welder

We are looking for three experienced TIG welders to join a skilled manufacturing team. The role involves performing TIG welding for various manufacturing and metal fabrication applications, primarily working with stainless steel and acid-resistant stainless steel, as well as mild steel and aluminium.

Main Tasks

• Perform TIG welding for manufacturing and metal fabrication.
• Work with various materials including stainless steel, acid-resistant stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium.

Requirements

• Strong practical experience in TIG welding, preferably more than 5 years.
• A careful approach to work and the ability to produce high-quality welds.
• Ability to work independently with a responsible attitude.
• Willingness to complete a welding test before starting employment.
• Versatile metalworking and general workshop skills are considered an advantage.
• Valid welding qualifications are not required; the company can arrange necessary qualifications in-house.

Work Conditions

• Two-shift system:
• Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Working language: Finnish or English.
• Salary and employment terms are based on the collective agreement for the Technology Industry in Finland.
