Science Hub Denmark Student Assistant

The Science Hub Denmark initiative aims to brand Denmark internationally as an attractive career destination for elite researchers in fields such as Biosolutions, Biomedicine, Neuroscience, Sustainable Energy Tech, Quantum, and AI. We are seeking a motivated Student Assistant to join our growing team in Copenhagen.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Assist the Science Hub team in running the project and executing various activities and events (online and in-person, which may include international travel).
• Conduct market research.
• Perform candidate and university outreach.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Work with the HubSpot CRM system.

Your profile

• Currently studying a master’s degree.
• Passion for science and firsthand knowledge of one of the focus research areas at Danish universities.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Outgoing with good communication and public speaking skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.

Work conditions

• Location: Copenhagen city center.
• Employment: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week.
