Fullstack Engineer II

We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer II to join our team and take ownership of features across our Supply Chain Engineering systems. You will develop backend services using Golang/Python and frontend applications using React, design and evolve APIs, event-driven workflows, and Kafka-based integrations, and partner with Product Managers, engineers, and operational stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions. You will also make technical decisions within your features and contribute to broader architecture and design discussions within the team. The role involves owning the complete software lifecycle, from design to deployment, and investigating production issues to improve system reliability, performance, and observability.

Requirements:

• Professional experience building and operating production software, with the ability to independently own features from problem understanding through production delivery
• Strong experience with at least one backend programming language — Golang or Python is particularly relevant, with the willingness to work across our backend stack
• Experience building modern web applications using React or comparable technologies, integrating them with backend APIs
• Solid understanding of software design principles, REST APIs, relational databases, and automated testing, with the ability to reason about technical trade-offs
• Experience or good understanding of distributed/event-driven systems and production infrastructure such as Kafka, AWS, Docker/k8s, CI/CD, and observability
• A collaborative and proactive engineering mindset, comfortable working across the stack, sharing knowledge, and using modern development practices and AI-assisted tooling responsibly
