Assistant Teacher / Educator (Pädagogische/r Assistent/in)

For our Secondary School in Heilbronn, we are looking for an Assistant Teacher / Educator (part-time or full-time).

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers with day-to-day lesson-related tasks
• Observing and supporting students in class and regularly monitoring their progress
• Communicating with parents, colleagues and external organisations
• Collaborating with the teacher in the classroom as well as supporting individual students

Your Profile:

• Recognised qualification as an educator, a degree in education and/or an equivalent qualification
• Passion for working with young adults and in an international setting, ideally with experience of working in a school environment
• Fluency in German and native-level proficiency in English
• Identification with our pedagogical concept and the motivation to implement it creatively as part of a team
