Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer is responsible for driving product, process, and quality system improvements across Sivers' Photonics and Wireless operations. Working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams, the role ensures products and processes consistently meet company, customer, and applicable regulatory requirements.
This is a hands-on, results-oriented role requiring strong ownership, structured problem-solving, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. The successful candidate will proactively identify quality risks, drive issues through to closure, and contribute to building a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement.
