Role Summary
An experienced Document Management Specialist is needed for a consulting assignment focused on document management and system administration within a large organization. The role combines hands-on M-Files expertise with strategic support for the implementation, development, administration, and long-term management of document management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a superuser for the M-Files document management platform.
Perform system administration and ongoing management of M-Files.
Support the implementation and further development of document management solutions.
Provide strategic guidance on document management in a complex organizational environment.
Contribute both operational system expertise and an overarching perspective on effective document management.

Technical Stack & Requirements
Strong practical experience with M-Files.
Experience of M-Files system administration, configuration, and lifecycle management.
Experience supporting the implementation of document management systems.

Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate must have experience as an M-Files superuser and demonstrated experience administering and managing the platform. Previous strategic experience implementing document management systems in large organizations is required.
