HiL Technician (m/f/d) - Aerospace

We are currently looking for a new team member to support our client's aerospace project in Munich.

• Build and wire HIL test benches, racks and electrical harnesses

• Integrate power distribution, signal routing, grounding and shielding

• Set up and operate HIL systems with simulators and test equipment

• Troubleshoot signal, wiring, grounding and EMI/EMC issues

• Maintain and repair wiring, connectors and electrical test equipment

• Maintain schematics, cable lists and test documentation

• Support HIL and system engineers in test readiness and failure analysis

• Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar

• 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience, ideally in aerospace

• Experience with HIL test benches, racks and electrical wiring

• Skilled in reading schematics, wiring diagrams and harness drawings

• Hands-on experience with cable/harness assembly, crimping and soldering

• Knowledge of electrical test equipment, EMI/EMC, grounding and shielding

• Familiarity with ECSS, MIL-STD or IPC is a plus
