Taxi Driver Position Available – Immediate Start
Role and Tasks
We are looking for taxi drivers to work via Uber and Bolt in the capital region. You can get started quickly, and the job suits both experienced drivers and those who want to learn the trade.
Shifts and Earnings
Choose the shift that fits you: day, evening and night shifts are available, as well as weekend-only shifts. We will agree on the shifts together. The more you drive, the more you earn.
Employment and Benefits
We offer a permanent employment contract. You do not drive as a self-employed entrepreneur, you get all the benefits of a regular employment relationship.
Pay Structure
Pay is commission-based and calculated from the VAT-free cash of each shift driven + holiday bonus paid monthly. Tips from customers go fully to the driver.
Fleet and Location
The fleet is new, with well-kept Toyota Corolla Touring models from 2022–2023. The fleet is based in Espoo, Vantaa and Helsinki.
Requirements
The role requires a valid taxi drivers permit (taksinkuljettajan ajolupa). If you do not have the permit yet, you will need to obtain it. The taxi drivers exam is held only in Finnish or Swedish, so a sufficient command of Finnish or Swedish is a requirement for getting the permit. You will also need a category B driving licence held for at least one year (issued in Finland or another EU/EEA country).
Experience
Previous taxi experience is an advantage but not required.
