Welder (hitsaaja)

Workplace: Turku

Employment: Fixed-term, until 01.09.2027, starting as soon as possible

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: €12.24/hour, paid every 2 weeks; Technology Industries collective agreement (Teknologiateollisuuden TES)

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial welding (MIG/TIG)
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Ability to prepare the joint before welding (edge preparation, bevelling, cleaning)
• Ability to do fit-up and joint alignment correctly before tack welding
• Ability to weld the root pass and cap pass to the required quality

Selection: Suitable candidates will do a practical welding test (joint preparation, fit-up and alignment, root pass and cap pass). The test may be recorded on video for assessment.
