Sales Manager – Packaging Equipment and Automated Packaging Solutions

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify industrial companies whose production and packaging processes could be automated or made more efficient using our equipment.
• Work with solutions including automated packaging lines (RADPAK), palletizing equipment (Alpina Electronics), and thermoforming machines (Colimatic).
• Visit customers to understand their production processes and packaging requirements.
• Present suitable packaging equipment and automated solutions.
• Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and technical specialists.
• Manage sales projects from initial contact through to order confirmation.

Work Conditions

• Regular customer visits in Estonia and Finland.
• Administrative tasks can be performed from a home office.

Requirements

• Languages: Estonian (C1), Finnish (C1), English (B2).
• Sales manager experience.
• Independence and ability to plan own work.
• Ability to see a direct connection between efforts and achievements.
