Fondis Brasserie & Bar etsii kokkia vahvistamaan keittiötiimiään!

Etsimme asiakkaallemme kokenutta ja oma-aloitteista kokkia työsuhteeseen vilkkaaseen ravintolaympäristöön. Tarjolla on vähintään 45 tuntia / 3 viikkoa, ja työsopimus on voimassa vähintään vuoden 2026 loppuun saakka. Sopivalle henkilölle on mahdollisuus jatkaa tämän jälkeenkin, ja kesäsesongissa töitä olisi tarjolla enemmän.

Työssä pääset työskentelemään monipuolisesti sekä lounaan että à la carte -keittiön parissa. Toivomme, että pystyt työskentelemään itsenäisesti ja ottamaan vastuuta omasta työpisteestäsi kiireessäkin.

Tehtäviisi kuuluu mm.

• lounasruokien valmistus ja esillelaitto
• a la carte -annosten valmistus ja viimeistely
• raaka-aineiden käsittely ja mise en place -työt
• keittiön yleinen puhtaanapito ja omavalvonta
• sujuva yhteistyö muun keittiö- ja ravintolahenkilöstön kanssa

Mitä odotamme sinulta?

• aiempaa kokemusta kokin tehtävistä suomalaisessa keittiöympäristössä
• kykyä työskennellä itsenäisesti niin lounaan kuin à la carten parissa
• valmiutta tehdä sekä aamu- että iltavuoroja niin arkena kuin viikonloppuisin
• reipasta työotetta ja hyvää paineensietokykyä
• Hygieniapassia sekä selvitystä soveltuvuudesta elintarviketyöhön
  Työkielenä voi olla suomi, englanti tai ruotsi.

Fondis Brasserie & Bar is looking for a Chef to strengthen its kitchen team!

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated chef to join our clients busy restaurant environment. We offer a minimum of 45 hours per three-week period, and the employment contract will be valid at least until the end of 2026. The right candidate will have the opportunity to continue beyond this period, and additional hours will be available during the summer season.

In this role, you will work in both the lunch and à la carte kitchens, gaining experience in a variety of kitchen operations. We hope you can work independently and take responsibility for your own workstation, even during busy service periods.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting lunch dishes
• Preparing and finishing à la carte meals
• Handling ingredients and completing mise en place tasks
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and ensuring compliance with food safety procedures
• Collaborating smoothly with other kitchen and restaurant staff

What we expect from you:

• Previous experience as a chef in a Finnish kitchen environment
• Ability to work independently in both lunch and à la carte service
• Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends
• A positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure
• A valid Hygiene Passport and proof of suitability for food handling work
  The working language can be Finnish, English, or Swedish.
