About the Role You will step into a hands-on logistics role in an automotive development environment where test vehicles and critical materials need to move smoothly, compliantly, and on time. The work sits close to ongoing product development, where vehicle availability, transport flow, and the right software and material setup are essential for testing to continue without disruption. You will support the full logistics flow around test operations, with a strong focus on coordinating shipments of goods and vehicles, following deliveries closely, and helping secure efficient collaboration between internal teams and external logistics partners. You will work in a cross-functional setup where planning, administration, and compliance all matter, and where your ability to create structure has a direct impact on daily operations. Job DescriptionYou will coordinate shipments of goods and vehicles and help ensure efficient transport flows across international logistics chains. You will work closely with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to keep deliveries on track. You will manage transport-related administration and support the handling of shipping documentation. You will follow up on deliveries, resolve deviations, and help create reliable lead times and clear communication. You will support customs and trade compliance work linked to import and export flows. You will help prioritize multiple ongoing deliveries in a fast-paced environment where operational continuity is important. You will contribute to structured logistics processes that support vehicle readiness and availability for test activities. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of supply chain management and logistics processes. Solid understanding of Incoterms and international transportation regulations. Experience with customs procedures, import/export documentation, and compliance requirements. Experience coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and logistics partners. Ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and administrative skills.
