Administrative minister for soul care, womens discipleship, and music

Job Responsibilities: Calvary Stockholm seeks qualified applicants to join our staff in overseeing and administrating our soul care department, women’s discipleship program, and administration of music. Responsibilities would include helping to access and assist those seeking soul care as well as overseeing our training, mentoring, and equipping strategies as implemented by our church. Weekly responsibilities would include scheduling both soul care and Sunday worship; reporting, correspondence, organizing training, and reports to the leadership team. Specific Responsibilities: Support the development and structuring of reports, audits and status updates Develop and implement project-specific procedures for document control Structure and classify documents to ensure accessibility and traceability Be the contact person for document-related issues within the project Retrieve existing documentation from archives when necessary Job Requirements: Theological training: Minimum 30 credit hours of Bible/theology Musical Training: 30 credited hrs of musical performance training—voice, piano or guitar Soul Care Training: Certification in counseling through Association of Biblical Counselors; Association of Certified Biblical Counselors or the equivalent training (equivalency deemed by employer) Available to work non-traditional hours and availability on weekends Work location: Stockholm—remote not possible Agreement with church statement of faith Merited: Familiarity with office productivity software (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) Familiarity with task boards like Trello or Asana Competency or study of Swedish—written and spoken Personal Characteristics: To succeed in the role, we see that you are: Very meticulous and posses a strong focus on detail Self starter and able to work indivudually as well as on a team Disciplined and flexible Proactive and improvement-oriented Structured with good prioritization skills Analytical and solution-oriented Comfortable working under time pressure Adaptable when conditions and priorities change Thrives in a dynamic and fast-changing project environment
