Test Engineer

Our team is driving the development of next-generation automotive software solutions. You will collaborate with a highly skilled group of engineers to shape industry-leading technologies and contribute to key automotive megatrends. We are looking for a Software Test Engineer/Lead with strong attention to detail and a passion for technology to join our testing team. In this role, you will take ownership of product test solutions toward specific program milestones and deliveries, ensuring our automotive products meet the highest quality, performance, and certification standards. We are looking for someone with: Proven experience as a Test Engineer, ideally within an automotive Verification & Validation (V&V) or test environment. Strong technical background in end-to-end testing methodologies and physical/simulated test setups. Excellent communication and organizational skills, acting as a bridge between technical execution and customer requirements. Familiarity with Agile processes, including defining Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done. Experience tracking, measuring, and reporting key deliverables, quality improvements, and execution metrics.
