We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead and support high-performing cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery, strengthen Agile maturity, and ensure teams remain focused on delivering exceptional business value in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: · Lead the scrum team using Agile methodology and Scrum practices; · Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure meetings are effective and outcome-driven; · Remove impediments and coach the team to address blockers independently; · Track delivery progress against timelines and communicate status transparently; · Raise, log, communicate, and escalate risks and issues as needed; · Partner with product owners to maintain backlog health and manage scope; · Collect, analyze, and report delivery metrics to support continuous improvement; · Coordinate day-to-day activities to keep the team focused and aligned on priorities; · Manage stakeholders and set clear expectations around delivery and change; · Resolve conflicts and support constructive team communication; · Improve Agile adoption by introducing best practices and reinforcing discipline; · Provide coaching and training to help the team reach higher Scrum maturity Requirements: · Scrum Master experience leading Agile teams with complex dependencies; · Leadership skills to guide teams through delivery and maturity improvements; · Project coordination skills to track scope, timelines, and cross-team commitments; · Strong Agile and Waterfall knowledge and practical application experience; · Risk management skills to identify, communicate, and escalate delivery risks; · People management skills to mentor, coach, and support team performance; · Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for clear collaboration and reporting Öppen för alla Vi fokuserar på din kompetens, inte dina övriga förutsättningar.
