Sushi chef/Kitchen assistant
Your tasks include assisting the team with sushi box packing in the morning, then independently setting up and maintaining the sushi buffet throughout the day. You will also be responsible for preparing sushi ingredients, especially handling salmon. In addition, you will help with other kitchen duties as needed.
