PLC Programmer (m/f/d) CNC

Your tasks:

Develop, adapt, and maintain PLC software for Beckhoff control systems using CoDeSys/TwinCAT
Create, configure, and optimize CNC programs using G-Code and the ISG CNC kernel
Design and implement machine control concepts, including the selection and integration of sensors, actuators, servo drives, and safety systems
Define software and hardware interfaces in collaboration with internal engineering teams and external partners
Contribute to the development and implementation of automation and programming standards
Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, operating instructions, and commissioning procedures

Your profile:

At least 3 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial machine control systems
Experience with Beckhoff PLCs and the CoDeSys or TwinCAT development environment
Good understanding of industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, TCP/IP, or OPC UA.
Experience with PLC testing, debugging, and machine commissioning
Familiarity with LinuxCNC, embedded systems (Arduino, Raspberry Pi), or 3D printing technologies is a plus
Programming experience in C++ or C# and knowledge of Visual Studio are considered an advantage
Fluent English; German is an advantage
