Building Painter Purpose of the position The employee will carry out professional painting, surface preparation and surface treatment work on the company's construction, renovation and maintenance projects. Main duties and responsibilities · Interior painting · Exterior painting and façade work · Preparation, filling and sanding of surfaces · Installation of fleece/wall fabric and wallpaper · Spray painting · Epoxy and specialist coatings · Masking and protection of work areas · Minor preparation and repair work integrated into painting assignments · Removal of existing surface materials as preparation for painting · Finishing, cleaning and quality control Working requirements · Ability to work independently and responsibly · Ability to cooperate with colleagues and other trades · Focus on quality, finish and occupational safety · Flexibility regarding changing workplaces
