Inside sales Italian

For an international and technically oriented organization active in industrial solutions, we are looking for an Inside Sales (Italian) profile with strong language skills and a commercial mindset. Are you customer-oriented, do you have a technical interest, and are you fluent in Italian, combined with English? Then this is an interesting opportunity. Actively developing new customer relationships (±30%) and maintaining existing clients (±70%) Preparing quotations and price calculations Processing and following up on orders Customer contact via phone and email, with a focus on cross-selling and digitalization Managing and updating customer data in the internal system Gaining insight into customer needs, applications, and market conditions Acting as the first point of contact for questions, support, and complaints Identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities Close collaboration with sales colleagues and reporting on ongoing cases You have a technical and/or commercial background You are fluent in Italian, in addition to English Good knowledge of Excel and common IT tools Strong communication skills and customer focus You are proactive, structured, and commercially minded You perform well in a dynamic and growing environment
