Sales Advisor

HR Eesti is recruiting on behalf of its client, Põhjala Retail OÜ, for a Sales Advisor position at the Põhjala store in Noblessner. If you enjoy working with people, delivering excellent customer service and sharing great products, we’d love to hear from Work tasks: We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team. Your main responsibility is to provide an outstanding shopping experience for customers visiting the Põhjala store in Noblessner. Your responsibilities will include: * providing professional customer service and product advice; * introducing and selling Põhjala products; * operating the cash register and processing payments; * receiving, preparing and dispatching online store and Wolt orders; * receiving deliveries, replenishing shelves and monitoring stock levels; * maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming store environment. The role is based on a rotating shift schedule, and every day is different. Customer service, sales and online order fulfilment go hand in hand, making this a dynamic and rewarding position.
