Renovator/ maintenance worker Work tasks: Main tasks: Complete renovation of the hotel's inner courtyard; Disposal of old materials; Removal of the old limestone paving slabs; Removal of the sand and sub-base beneath the limestone slabs; Installation of a new waterproofing system; Addition of new sand bedding and installation of new paving stones; Plastering of walls; Painting of walls; Plumbing works and resolution of drainage-related issues; Installation of drainage pipes in the inner courtyard; Plastering and painting of interior walls; Removal of carpeting and installation of wooden flooring; Removal of old lime plaster in the basement, surface cleaning, and application of new plaster; These works are planned for this year, and the workload is expected to remain substantial in the following years as well.
