Restaurant shift manager In this role, you will work both at the hotel reception and in the restaurant, forming part of the supervisory team. Your work approach is meticulous, and you are capable of managing large operations. You have previous experience in a hotel-restaurant environment and have supervisory experience. You are familiar with working independently and responsibly, and you are not afraid to take on operational challenges. You lead your team with precision and joy. In addition to routine tasks, your responsibilities include onboarding and training staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of work shifts, and overseeing restaurant orders, inventories, and cash reconciliations. Depending on your interests, we will involve you in the development of service processes and product development. Compulsory in this role: Fluent Finnish (written and spoken), Finnish hygiene and alcohol pass.
