Descriptif mission3.1 Maintenance and facility technician is responsible for basic and routine facilities maintenance, machine maintenance, machine breakdown, construction and repair task according to service, quality and safety standard. 3.2 Following standard operating procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management system. 3.3 Responsible for Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance 3.4 Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol 3.5 Being maintenance and facility technician role include projects, painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, and moving furniture or materials within the facility 3.6 Utilizes a work order system to log activities as required. Work with or assist contractors to complete projects or complex repairs 3.7 Perform other maintenance duties as requested 3.7.1 Do maintenance works assigned by Head of Maintenance and Facility. 3.7.2 Follow maintenance schedules as outlined 3.7.3 Working around 3 shifts and follow the shift planning;(Day Shift;Afternoon shift;Night shift and Holiday shift) 3.7.4 Periodical check for maintenance work 3.7.5 Support data/information to Head of Maintenance and Facility and Manager to perform the rootcause analysis for breakdowns with corrective and/or preventive actions. 3.7.6 Support Head of Maintenance and Facility to improve/replace unreliable machines. 3.7.7 Subcontractor working: Support information, supervise during job performing, 3.8 providing support in the various maintenance, which include troubleshooting for machine/equipment, routine lubrication of machine/equipment, maintaining a clean, organized, and safety of maintenance shop 3.9 Working in day shift or on times or in the week-ends if because of production reasons this is required. 3.10 Attending training courses if required to perform duties according to company standard. 3.11 Notify Facilities Manager if job is finished to perform inspection and close the WO. 3.12 maintaining a clean, organized, and safety of maintenance shop, maintaining a clean and safe environment 3.13 Other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
